Czech record company, publisher and distributor. Owned by MMG, spol. s r.o. (100%). Owner of the labels Supraphon (rarely also with logo Supraphon Records), Esta and Ultraphon. Company history: “Supraphon a.s.” was a Czech publisher and distributor, established on 5 May 1992. On 24 October 2005 it was merged with Bonton Online a.s. and renamed to “Supraphon a.s., právní zástupce”, on 9 November 2005 transformed and renamed to “Supraphon a.s., právní nástupce”, owned by Bonton Music a.s.. On 27 March 2006 transformed and renamed to Supraphon Music a.s.. On 1 April 2009 transformed and renamed back to “Supraphon a.s.”
