  • Create and manage personal collections and wishlists
  • Create custom lists of releases

4. Public Profiles

When you create an account, a public profile is generated. Your username, display name, avatar, and public lists are visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines. You can manage your profile visibility in your account settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create on the platform (lists, collection data, profile information). By posting content, you grant Garimpa.Club a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content as part of the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, or harassing
  • Contains malicious code or spam

6. Third-Party Data

Music release data displayed on Garimpa.Club is sourced from Discogs and Fanart.tv. This data is provided under their respective terms and licenses. Garimpa.Club does not claim ownership of third-party data.

The Service uses the YouTube API Services to display embedded video content. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate other users or entities

8. Termination
