Born Jacqueline Fontaine in La Rivière Saint-Louis, La Réunion, she left in 1956 for Montpellier, France. She returned to La Réunion in 1971 and married Pierre Farreyrol. They both moved to Chemin Odilien Picard, La Plaine Des Cafres, La Réunion. She's a singer-songwriter and co-founder of Kalou Pilé.
