Each booklet is individually numbered The packaging differs from the standard release; it comes in a hand-stamped paper bag, collector’s box and includes a 52 page booklet of photos, liner notes and credits, including the names of fans who pre-ordered by a certain date. The first 250 copies sold were autographed by the band.
