Debut release of this live version of Stockhausen's all-time classic electronic work, originally composed in 1959/60, "For Electronic Sounds, Piano and Percussion". Recorded live in Toronto, Canada in 1978 by James Tenney (piano) and William Winant (percussion), accompanied by Stockhausen's original electronic sounds. Even though c&p on back sleeve is 1997, on both labels is mentioned 1996. Contains 11"x11" insert with program notes, credits and artists' information and biographies.
