Blue Valentine

The cassette shell is opaque white plastic and has a repeating pattern of small ovals stacked vertically in a grid. "C" and "W" appear as raised letters in the bottom left and right corners of the shell respectively, on either side A or B. "Made in U.S.A." appears as raised text centered of the bottom edge of the cassette shell on the opposite side from the side with "C" and W". Insert: Printed in U.S.A. Shell: Made in U.S.A.
