Sleeves are almost definitely German-made and the printing has a faintly supposed to be boxed GEMA publishing and ringed ST 33 above the catalogue number on the labels suggest a German, and not UK pressing. The matrix info most closely resembles Electric Ladyland and the South African Electric Ladyland. It's likely that this was an interim single sleeve LP release between the original German 2LP release Electric Ladyland, and the later 1970 version Electric Ladyland, similar to the UK versions on Track.
