Brazilian singer, actress, journalist, photographer, social researcher and political activist. Has had a short career in music, having released two 7-inches and one LP (a live album as part of group Laços, with Luiz Eça and actor Marcos Paulo). In the 70s, the song "Velho Arvoredo", performed by Versiani, was included in the soundtrack of a famous soap opera. From 1990 to 1993 she worked at the daily newspaper Tribuna da Imprensa, in Rio de Janeiro. Versiani took part of several movies and stage plays.
