Brazilian guitarist, singer and composer (b. 1935). His song "Sandália Dela" (Deixa A Nega Gingar), a big hit for singer Elza Soares in Brazil, was also recorded by Duke Pearson, Stan Getz, Flora Purim, Ithamara Koorax, Bola Sete, Vince Guaraldi and many other jazz artists. In 1952, he released "Fim de semana", his first single for Sinter.
