Irish singer and folk musician playing banjo and bodhrán. A founding member of The Quare Fellas, who became Dublin City Ramblers, he left that group in 1995 to go solo. Patsy joined The Dubliners in in 2005, and continued in The Dublin Legends until 2014. Born 16 October 1944 in Crumlin, Dublin, Ireland. Sibling of Paul Watchorn.
