Band from Montreal active from ca. 1967 to 1970. They released a single in 1967 and another one in 1969 under the name Le District. Band members : Michel Meunier, Jacques Meunier, Yvon Delisle, Robert Trépanier and André Latour (drums). Before being called District Ouest, they were named ''By-No-Means''.
