Label variant: This version has a Tuscan red background for the center labels with a blue Philips shield, and a red, white, and blue color band. Other versions have the more traditional black background for the center labels with a full-spectrum color band. No printing at bottom of label, so it could be in the 1966-1970 pressing window. Probably a repress, but this is unconfirmed/unknown. Matrix numbers in runouts are stamped, pressing plant ID of "RR" is etched.
