Issued in a gatefold digipack with clear tray and 24-page booklet, with inclusion of a 5-1/2" x 4" postcard featuring an image of man clawing his way out of a square hole (see images). Only visible/discernible difference between the reissue and the original appears to be the inclusion of the postcard, lack of merch insert and a scooped die-cut on the left inside of gatefold.
