All recordings except 7 recorded in Gar's Garage. Song 7 recorded by Jeff Crouteau in his warehouse. Song 6 originally appeared on the "Ow Quit It" dbl 7" compilation on Volvolvo Records. Song 7 originally appeared on some local (San Diego) sampler CD entitled "Saint Doug". All songs except 6 & 7 mixed at Drag Racist Recorders. Recordings took place throughout 1994 and were mixed in 1999
