Notes

This is the only existing promo copy of a special limited edition reserved for and sent directly to the 51 artists that performed on the album, including Morgan Fisher in his performer role. Morgan Fisher explained that the limited edition was planned from the beginning as using the card deck, and that this was the reason there are exactly 51 artists on the album, with this one reserved as his artist’s proof / promo. This copy has a signed Certificate of Authenticity from Morgan Fisher written in 1990. All copies included the following items in a small plastic box: a microcassette of the music; the album artwork reproduced on metal-framed glass slides; a single page from then-current examples of the world's three smallest bibles in a wax paper envelope; a single card from then-current examples of the world's three smallest card decks in a wax paper envelope; one copy of the world's smallest blank notebook. Comes with a liner notes card explaining what you are holding. I obtained this unique item directly from the producer, Morgan Fisher in 1990 while he was living in Japan. He stated that the only remaining copy had been returned by the estate of one of the participating artists who had died before receiving it. Once he discovered upon opening the return envelope that the reclaimed one had been severely damaged, he, being the incredible gentleman that he is, substituted his own personal promo copy in lieu of the damaged specimen.
