Comes in a digipak. All songs written by Laura Veirs and played by The Saltbreakers, the backing-band of Laura (Karl Blau, Tucker Martine and Steve Moore), formerly known as "The Tortured Souls". Portions of the lyrics from the song "Saltbreakers" were inspired by A.S. Byatt's "Possession". Portions of the lyrics from "Don't lose yourself" were inspired by Jose Saramago's "Blindness".
