Recorded live at Montreux Jazz Festival, Switzerland on July 5, 1973. In jewel case with white tray and obi. Sixteen page booklet includes lyrics in English and liner notes in Japanese. A fold out insert replicates the original LP jacket back cover. A promo sticker on the inlay and a print of "SAMPLE NOT FOR SALE" in blue on the transparent part around the center hole of the disc. This is not a pre-released promo.
