Notes

NP in a circle: indicates that the shellac was made of recycled material ("Nouvelle Pâte"). It was introduced in 1939, shortly before WW II. The recycling allowed a much cheaper production but was very fragile and had far more surface noise. Recorded in Paris, France on May 27-28, 1929.
