This album consists of some popular songs found on previous albums but also includes their B-Sides. The singles "Tonight/Cotton House" and "飛べないブルー・バード/Little Sister" are singles used to promote the album exclusively. There is a new vocal mix for tracks A1 and A6: "両手いっぱいのジョニー" and "I'm Good At It," respectively. The album-only song "Shiny Rain" was also re-released as the B-Side for the single "Together" ten days later. The latter half of the album, tracks B3 through to B6, were previously released on the albums "I'm Here" and "Hearts On Parade."
