Metropolitano

The third album by the Olinda band Eddie has just received its first vinyl edition. Originally released in 2005, ‘Metropolitano’ is full of frevos, sambas, rock and hints of reggae. The repertoire highlights the classic “ Quando a Maré Encher”, a song recorded by Cássia Eller and which became a hit in the version by fellow countrymen Nação Zumbi. Other moods are also recurrent on the album, such as the fiddle samba “Danada”, the light swing of “Lealdade” and the frevo guitar “Vida Boa”. The Três Selos edition has a limited pressing of 600 copies, translucent orange vinyl and gatefold cover (double).
