First Japanese CD released by CBS/Sony under the Niagara label. Comes with an booklet with credits and song lyrics, as well as a box-style OBI (箱帯). Part of the first run of CDs released under the 35DH/DP catalogue on 1 October 1982. There were three different pressings/masterings for the first CD issue of A Long Vacation (catalog no. 35DH 1): - The first mastering (1982) comes in a gold CD. - The second mastering (1983) comes in a silver CD. - The third mastering (1983) comes in a silver CD, but with the added "NGCD-7-OT" catalog no. Matrix 131 is mastered with pre-emphasis (in Q-Subcode, not in TOC). Matrix 141 is mastered with pre-emphasis (in Q-Subcode, AND in TOC). Three backing vocalists are credited as Guess Who 「散歩しない」 「Church Bells May Ring」 「月に吠えている男」
