This is the test pressing for Radioactive Yellow vinyl edition. The version used to add this listing has etching variant one in the runout grooves and was purchased at the St Kilda Record Fair event on the 10th of December, 2022. Flying Microtonal Banana is King Gizzard’s first-ever experience in microtonal tuning, which features intervals smaller than a semitone and not found in customary Western tuning octaves. Recorded by Stu Mackenzie at Flightless HQ between April and September 2016. Volume 1 of "Explorations Into Microtonal Tuning" - Volume 2 was released in 2020 as 1850181
