Has a hype sticker stuck directly on the front of the jacket that says "Featuring Members Of NUCLEAR ASSAULT Produced By Glen Evans". Producer Glenn Evans is spelled as "Glen Evans" on the labels and the hype sticker. Writing credit for Rich Harter is spelled as R. Harter on the labels.
