Released after the original non-picture, standard edition was released. 10,000 copies released in late 1987. CD Made in West Germany by PDO. Sleeves printed in Holland. Version with EPC 460000 9 on the disc label and EPC 460000 2 on the backsleeve and spine, a high position of the barcode and extra price code CB 821 (double boxed) and format code CF (boxed) on the back sleeve. Back sleeve and back of the booklet comes with 01-460000-10. Faith also released with artwork corresponding with the labelnumber of the disc: with EPC 460000 9 on label, spine, and backsleeve. 01-460000-16 on the backsleeve, a rather low position of the barcode and NO CB 821 and NO CF on the back. Back of the booklet comes with 01-460000-10 as well.
