"Printed in Canada" is in the booklet. On the outside face of the tray inlay, the TVT logo is white with no box around it, and the Wax Trax logo is grey (lighter on the spines). The inside face of the inlay has different background art than the outside face. Comes with a square survey postcard showing the Artificial Intelligence releases on the other side. A later pressing has SID codes, no "Printed in Canada", and various differences on the tray inlay: Incunabula There's a similar version available with correct catalog number printed on the spine and slightly different back cover design.
