Released as a limited edition of 30 numbered copies on August 24th, 2011 for a Reaper gig at Detroit's Magic Stick Lounge supporting Toxic Holocaust, Holy Grail and Krum Bums. All copies were sold or given away at this show. This is the only version of this release to officially exist.
The track "Burning Bones" is mistakenly labeled as being recorded in 2006 by Boustallion while in fact it was recorded in 2009 along with the 3 other tracks by the band on a cassette tape 4-track.
