Notes

This release is a later repress with the "Mfg. by Elektra/Asylum/Nonesuch Records.." rim text on the labels. A Division of Warner Communications Inc. The address on the bottom of the rear sleeve is 1855 Broadway. Runouts are etched, except for the SRC logo, and MASTERDISK. "SRC" logo stamped in the runouts denotes a Specialty Records Corporation pressing. Release date is unknown, however, Specialty Records Corporation did not emboss "E A S T" around the spindle-hole until 1979; so this release is 1979, or later. The first tempo marking title for Movement B1 is mis-spelled on the rear sleeve as "Adagio Maestosa". It is spelled correctly on the label, "Adagio Maestoso".
