Released in 4-panel fold-out digipak with clear plastic "Deluxe edition" sticker & 20-page booklet. Runouts have 4 universal logos at the outer rim. The "MADE IN GERMANY" in the inner rim, is on the mould in capital letters, except for Disc 1, Variant 7, from which it is absent.
