In heavy card sleeve with obi. A four-page insert includes liner notes, photographs of the event, pages from the original event program, and credits. A postcard was included from selected retailers. This album features the Eiichi Ohtaki performance only. The single CD edition also includes tracks by Niagara Fall Of Sound Orchestral. Those tracks were issued on a limited-edition picture disc LP.
