Pump Up The Volume

This version has the 4th & B'way logo on the spine and cassette shell. The cassette shell is opaque white with 100 50 0 underneath eleven short vertical hatchmarks under the timing window, all set in recessed text. The printable area has regular 90 degree angle top left and right corners unlike the other versions, and it does not have big concentric circles in the bottom left and right corners of the shell, unlike one of the other versions.
