Notes

Reference CD from a cancelled two disc "Love Lives Forever - Special Edition" project featuring Minnie Riperton's original 1978 "solo" sessions that were eventually released in very different versions posthumously in 1980. Some of the tracks have different titles and have different vocal takes. This cancelled "expanded edition" also included two never-before-released outtakes. "If Our Love Were Music" is actually the song "Brass Band" recorded by Marlena Shaw on her "Just A Matter Of Time" album in 1976 and by Diana Ross for her "Baby It's Me" album in 1977. The Diana Ross version remained unreleased until 2014. The project was eventually scrapped for a standard single disc reissue of the original 1980 album released by Stateside / EMI in 2007: Love Lives Forever.
