Despite being pressed in Germany this is actually a Dutch release! The labels have 'STEMRA' printed on them instead of 'GEMA'. The tracks are unique to this issue in that they are reversed. Thin glossy picture sleeve features the same artwork with the (later) withdrawn Amex card image.
