Jesse

Extremely limited promo cassette given out by Warner Bros to promote Todd Rundgren's protest song "Jesse". The song was written about the decision to censor music and placing labels on albums that contained offensive lyrics by Tipper Gore. The song includes the word "Fuck" nearly 15 times as well as naming Jesse Helms, Tipper Gore and Pope John Paul II. The song was recorded during the 2nd wind recordings sessions at The Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, California. Warner Bros. Chose not to include the song on the 2nd Wind LP due to criticism brought forth by some media outlets.
