Printed lyrics Inner sleeve with a thumb cut-out on side B, with 'LSP-4816' and 'Printed in England.' Includes a folded 43/56cm poster of the Bowie cover image, with 'LSP-4816' at bottom left. 'Titanic Music/Chrysalis' publishing credits on both labels and inner sleeve; • This changed to 'MainMan/Chrysalis' on later releases.
