First performed at the Italian Theatre in Cairo on December 24th, 1871. SLEEVE: - Red plastic wallet sleeve - Has two pockets: one on front, covered with transparent plastic where the libretto goes (which also acts as the cover) and a second one where the 3 LPs are slipped in. - Back of wallet is blank red LIBRETTO: - 32 pages (page numbering starts with page 3 which is actually page 5) - Contains photos of the recording, liner notes and the libretto itself - Triangular "DECCA STEREOPHONIC" logo in a box on page 1 - "Made in England" - R.S.1/4/60
