Under the Pink was recorded in an old Hacienda in New Mexico we call The Fishhouse. Strings recorded at Westlake Studios, L.A. Mixed at Olympic Studios, London. The Australian release of this album for the back insert features the text "Made in Germany by Warner Music Manufacturing Europe." The disc itself specifies two such credits - "Manufactured and distributed by Warner Music Australia Pty. Limited. A Time Warner company." "Manufactured and distributed by Warner Music Australia. A Warner Music company." This pressing is similar to Under The Pink, except that this release features a second manufacturing credit on the top right side of the disc face. It also has the Digital Audio Technologies Australia logo on the bottom left of the disc face. There is also another version, Under The Pink which does not have the D.A.T.A. logo or a second manufacturing credit, just the one around the edge of the disc face unlike this one.
