Occult Concert

Issued on singer Frankie Laine's Amos label. After Burchette meeting w/ Laine who was the first to respond to demos, Columbia records called and Paramount records wrote a letter offering recording contract but Burchette honoured handshake deal w/ Laine. Recorded in October 1970 at Dimension Sound L.A. during a 7 hour session (3 hrs used for recording setup). Burchette played his homemade "Impro" guitar with DeArmond 2000 pickups and for bass strings LaBella #800 Nylon wrapped steel electric guitar strings custom made for Burchette. Spectral/Dynamic modulation accomplished via DeArmond Volume/Tone pedal built into footstool.
