Notes
Originally recorded in 1996 for MCA/Ft Apache who then declined to release the album. It was returned to the Shods the following year and this tape was pressed as a promo to shop around to other labels. When the album was finally released in 2001, the sequence from this tape was changed, "Real Rain" was re-titled "Building Up", "Put Me Down", "Sick Of Myself" and "3 Noon" were dropped and replaced with "Gone Gone Gone", "Yesterday's Kisses", "6 Bullets" and "Don't Make Me Beg" from the same sessions.
