Floral artwork is pasted onto a blank black sleeve similar to a Digipak with liner notecard and sticker inserted into inner cover pocket. sticker included No title appears on cover or disk, but I received it with a personal note calling it "Flowers." Band name seems to be professionally printed onto the white face of the CDR.
