White label for FACOZ 1001 issued in a generic white die-cut paper sleeve with a separate transparent round-bottomed anti-static polyethylene inner sleeve. Some copies may be further accompanied by a bespoke promotional GAP Records PAC branded clear outer PVC sleeve. The white labels may have a single pale green line present on each side, while others are completely blank white. The catalog number and side designation may be typed or handwritten on the A-side label. Pressing was limited to 6 copies. A copy sourced from the collection of the band's manager, Rob Gretton, is accompanied by the full commercial sleeve and has "J.D." handwritten on the B-side label (either by himself or the eventual archivist of his collection). These are likely features unique to Gretton's personal copy.
