Reconstructions

All India Radio (aka Martin Kennedy) joins forces with Australian multi ARIA award winning songwriter/composer David Bridie, founding member of Not Drowning Waving and My Friend the Chocolate Cake. Not Drowning Waving were known for their free-form ambient soundscapes which saw them compared to experimental/ambient pioneers Brian Eno and Durutti Column. David has has composed the scores for film and TV including Proof, Myth of Fingerprints, The Man Who Sued God, That Eye The Sky, Tempted, In A Savage Land, The Straits, Remote Area Nurse, Satellite Boy and Gone. 'Reconstructions' is their first collaboration together and evokes the classic ambient sounds of Brian Eno and Harold Budd, David Sylvian's Gone to Earth album and David's own early Not Drowning Waving music.
