Apart from the change of publisher from Cromwell to Burlington, this label is more or less identical to the second label which contained Cromwell.
Side Two: There is also an N before the cat.number. Boxed N.C.B. right society on the right. No BIEM (this label is identified as Side 2/Design No 1/Version 1 on this site with estimated first use in spring 1964). This label version is found on the short Tell Me version with matrix number 1A and 2A, and also on the long Tell Me version with matrix number 3A and higher, and in covers with 'Mona' as well as covers with 'I Need You Baby'.
