"TE/358" on the back of the non-flipback sleeve, "STE-358", at left, on green 'strobe' labels. The 4th pressing is identifiable by the non-flipback sleeve, and the updated Adelaide address on the rear of the sleeve - all of which indicates late 1968. It is unknown if a mono version was issued.
