Issued in gatefold jacket with printed die-cut inner sleeves, foldout poster, and double-sided credit insert. Copies signed on the front cover by the artist were also available at indie record stores at release with a barcode sticker on rear shrink wrap. "VINYL MADE IN MEXICO" printed on rear shrink wrap. Signed copies were released with a barcode sticker on rear shrink warp without the manufacturer's printing. Side A & B were repressed with lacquers from the standard edition release. Side C & D were cut new for the deluxe release. Tracks are listed sequentially, regardless of side. Tracks times are listed on center labels. Runouts are stamped.
