Released with a four-page fold-out liner notes and lyrics insert in Japanese and English. When held up to light, the disc reveals itself to be slightly translucent brown, indicating that it's pressed on JVC Supervinyl. Track durations are taken from the insert and differ slightly from those shown on other worldwide issues. B4 - Broken (live) is credited only on the label of the disc and on page 2 of the insert. Runouts are stamped.
