Produced for Rhyme Syndicate Productions. Tracked @ One-on-One Recorders, North Hollywood and Syndicate Studio West, September trough December 1991. Overdubs done at Kingsound Studio, Rick Marvin Studio and Syndicate Studio West Mixed at Soundcastle, Los Angeles Mastered at Future Disc "Freedom Of Speech" contains a sample of "Foxy Lady" by Jimi Hendrix. This track replaced the "Cop Killer" track which appeared on the initial Body Count album which was pulled from the market. The original record was to be titled "Cop Killer" where the character on the cover had a "Cop Killer" tattoo on his chest. This tattoo was later changed, for the re-issue, to "Body Count".
