"Sounds of Silence" in blue on one line underneath. No song listing. Back cover has no mention of "CS 9269". Also, underneath the blank box on bottom there is black text mentioning "This Columbia high fidelity monaural recording... etc." "Litho in Canada" and Parr's logo printed on spine.
