Issued in jewelcase with clear tray. Comes with fold out 6-page booklet. Housed in a slipcase with new artwork. Reissued version with bonus tracks. Booklet: 'Death - Mutation - Disease - Annihilation' (tracks 1 - 12) was recorded at Toyland Studios, Melbourne, Australia on the 10th fullmoon of 2001, and was mixed and mastered in the Void during November 2001. Track 13 was recorded and mixed early in 2002 at Cutting Edge Studios. Tracks 14 - 17 was recorded at Cutting Edge Studiosduring January 2001 and this was the original 'Death - Mutation...' four song demo.
