Different cover: the band's name is printed in red and there is no distribution code on the reverse but a circled Y. Shorepak by Shorewood Packaging / Printed in Holland. Made in Holland. This version does not have a Label code on the rear cover (lower right corner). There are copies in existence with two different shades of army green on the cover, dark green and lighter green.
