Deep groove mono 6-eye labels. Label variation with “KIND OF BLUE” on top line, but slightly shorter than “MILES DAVIS” on second line. Cover is misprinted with tracks B1 and B2 reversed on back cover: "Flamenco Sketches" first and "All Blues" second, which is not correct. Cover printed by Imperial Packing Co., Inc. (6) printed back lower right corner. provided for West Coast pressing. West Coast pressing pressed at Hollywood Alden Drive Plant (H) etched both sides. Recorded March 2 and April 22 of 1959.
